Setting Up Job Assignment

 

 

Introduction
 

Staff with manager/admin permission level could assign multiple companies to audit teams at menu admin>Group profile and job assignment> Job Assignment.
 

Please refer to guide job assignment- company level if you would like to perform single assignment of job to audit team.
 

 

 

Steps
 

1.Create user and password for staff at menu Admin> Password and Permission > Create Users


 

2.If have not set up manager/partner profile yet, navigate to admin>group profile and job assignment>Group profile to create profile.


 

3.Define job position for each staff at menu admin>Password and permission>Change in employment.




 

4.Navigate to menu admin>Group profile and job assignment> Job Assignment.
 

5.Select group profile and year end, then click on Search and Create, then match companies to audit team members.


 

6.Click on Create Job Assignment to save the assignment.
 

7.Enable job assignment feature at menu admin>group profile and job assignment>file access security.



 

8.Staff from other group profiles can be borrowed and involved in job assignment, provided you have enable the feature at admin>group profile and job assignment>file access security> Audit team file access configuration.


Click update button to save the configuration.
