Group profile and job assignment
Introduction of Group Profile
This feature separates companies and staffs into 2 or more groups (Group A and Group B etc).

Once you turn on this feature at file access security, the staffs cannot access the company databases that are not belonged to their group profile.
For example, Junior A cannot access Company B database.
Introduction of Job assignment
You could classify your audit staffs into a few audit team, and use job assignment feature to allocate task.

Once you enable this feature at file access security, staff could only access the job which is assigned to them.
For example, when a job is assigned to Audit Team 1, members from Audit Team 2 do not have permission to access that company database.
