Company settings
Steps to edit company settings
1.Navigate to menu System> Company Configuration> Reporting and operation configuration.
2.At the company data section, users could update the contact information such as business address, phone, email or website.

3.Scroll down to bottom of the page and click on Update button to save changes.
Security and Model Companies Settings
After completion of audit job, you may lock particular year end to prevent unauthorized access or editing.

Lock year end
1.Navigate to menu System> Company Configuration> Reporting and operation configuration.
2.Scroll to Security and model companies setting
3.Select year end from drop-down box which you wish to lock.
4.At the "lock and unlock system" section, check on Lock button.
Unlock year end
1.Navigate to menu System> Company Configuration> Reporting and operation configuration.
2.Scroll to Security and model companies setting
3.Select locked year end from the drop-down box.
4.At the lock and unlock system section, check on Unlock button.
