Job Position
Introduction
Our system have built in several job position by default, which is
•audit partner
•audit manager
•audit senior
•audit assistant
You can create a new position such as "Assistant Manager", so that you could assign some of the users under the new position.
How to create new job position?
1.Visit menu Admin>Password and Permission>Job Position.
2.Select Job Type.
3.Enter job name.
4.Click add record button to save new position.
How to edit new job position?
1.Visit menu Admin>Password and Permission>Job Position.
2.Click on existing job position number.
3.Edit job position description.
4.Click update button.
How to delete new job position?
1.Visit menu Admin>Password and Permission>Job Position.
2.Click on dustbin icon.
3.Click on Delete button to delete the position.
